6 berth Hard Top Camper in excellent condition having been garaged throughout its life.
Comes with an awning which has been only rarely used and also the extension which has never been erected.
Side skirt and also the skirt that fixes around the bunk bed. Also fitted is a wind out sun awning which when combined with the Outlook windbreak explains why the awning is almost redundant. Inside there is a table which converts to a bed and a two ring cooking stove with a grill under. Under this is a three way fridge with a small freezer compartment. A small wardrobe is also fitted. The van comes with the electric hook up lead, rolling water barrel and two reclining chairs.
There is a BBQ which pushes into a bayonet socket halfway down the outside.

6 berth hard topped folding camper in very good condition. The hard top is lockable on two corners.
Inside are two permanent pull out double beds with proper sprung mattresses. Each of the sleeping areas has its own inner tent allowing comfort, warmth and privacy, they have zip window areas on the back that matches external windows allowing full ventilation if required (completely mesh covered) Seating area has colour coordinated curtains and cushions, plenty of under seat storage, free standing table and a separate sprung side table, a concealed safe box and magazine rack. Kitchen area is well designed with 4 gas ring hob, grill & oven, 3 way fridge with small freezer compartment, sink with drainer and hot/cold water. There is also a good sized cutlery drawer, shelving.
A separate toilet/washroom has a Thetford cassette flushing toilet and foldaway vanity sink with hot/cold water. All opening windows in the living area have a fixed mesh on outside and plastic on inside for weatherproofing so on hot days you can "open" the plastic to keep cool whilst remaining private and bug free. Plus 2 wind up roof vents.
Main living area includes wardrobe with hanging rail, mirror, drawers and wine rack. 12 volt and 240 volt power points. Two ceiling lights and a floor level light.
